Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with bet49
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the bet49 platform. By registering an account or placing any wager on bet49.ws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below.
All players must be 18 years of age or older to register and wager on bet49. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts belonging to underage individuals are immediately suspended and all associated balances voided without recourse.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited in BDT. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and standard processing timelines. No platform-side currency conversion fees apply to BDT transactions.

Acceptance of Terms

Closing your account does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the account closure date.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
The bet49 platform is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager. By creating an account, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 18+

Where documentation is required to confirm eligibility, you must provide a valid government-issued identification document (such as a National ID Card, passport, or birth certificate) within the timeframe specified by the verification team. Failure to complete verification will result in suspension of withdrawal access and may result in account closure.

Account Registration & Verification

You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.
One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the bet49 platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bet49 reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and withhold any associated winnings pending investigation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
bet49 is committed to maintaining the integrity of the platform and preventing financial crime. As part of this commitment, we may at any time request KYC documentation from any account holder. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within the last three months, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Deposit Processing

Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those credits can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated for each promotion. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified for each promotion. Eligible Games

Bonus Abuse & Fraud
Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts, using bonus funds to place low-risk or opposing bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, or engaging in any other form of bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. bet49 uses automated monitoring tools to detect irregular betting patterns. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, the Company reserves the right to void all bonus credits and associated winnings and to close the account permanently.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

Section 6
Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use
The bet49 platform is provided for the personal recreational use of individual players. Any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, its games, its other players, or the Company is strictly prohibited. The following activities are expressly forbidden on bet49.ws:
- Automated wagering: Use of bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Arbitrage betting: Systematically placing bets across multiple platforms or markets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, in a way that exploits pricing discrepancies rather than constituting genuine gambling activity.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or information in live table games, or otherwise influence a result dishonestly.
- Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gambling. bet49 complies with anti-money laundering obligations and reports suspicious transactions.
- Exploiting technical errors: Intentionally taking advantage of software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error may be voided.
- Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or dispute with your payment provider in bad faith after funds have been used for wagering.
- Impersonation: Registering an account or interacting with support using another person's identity, documents, or payment credentials.
- Threatening or abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications at any member of the bet49 team or any other player on the platform.
Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, bet49 reserves the right to immediately suspend account access, void any pending or recently settled bets, withhold pending withdrawal requests pending investigation, and permanently close the account. Serious violations may be referred to relevant legal authorities.
Section 7
Intellectual Property
All content on the bet49 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and branding — is the intellectual property of bet49 or its licensed third-party content and technology providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use bet49.ws solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

Limitation of Liability

Without limiting the foregoing, bet49 expressly disclaims any liability for:

- Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications outages, and regulatory actions.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Loss of winnings, data, or account access resulting from your breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Any financial, psychological, or other harm arising from problem gambling. bet49 strongly encourages all players to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account. 18+
The bet49 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted availability of the platform. Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction do not permit certain exclusions of liability, those exclusions do not apply to the extent prohibited by law.
Section 9
Account Suspension & Closure
bet49 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by an automated system or on behalf of a third party.
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your bet49 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure, any remaining balance in your account (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests for responsible gaming purposes, including self-exclusion, are processed immediately and take priority.
Effect of Closure
Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by bet49 — all pending bets that have not yet been settled will be voided and stakes returned unless the outcome has already been determined. Any bonus credits or free spins that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited. Settled winnings that are legitimately owed will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company's place of incorporation, to the extent consistent with applicable international law. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Bangladesh that cannot be excluded by contract.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute between you and bet49 regarding a bet outcome, account action, payment, or any other matter, you must first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. The support team will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter within 5 business days of receiving a formal complaint.
If the matter cannot be resolved through direct support contact, you may escalate the complaint in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [your account username]". The Company will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and aim to issue a final decision within 14 business days. All formal complaints must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and bet49 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written.
